ABOUT OUR LINE
Although we specialize in ultra-groovy, red carpet bohemian luxe, the majority of pieces we are showing at this time on our website are from our more accessible “Classic With a Cool Twist”, gold filled and semi-precious gemstone collection.

This collection blends clean lines and classic shapes with a subtle dash of bohemian flair. Inspired by our own need to simplify the getting ready process each morning, without sacrificing on style, every piece in this collection has been carefully designed and edited to effortlessly add the perfect classy-yet-cool polish to any outfit in your wardrobe.

(Ok…we admit, there are a few less-than-simple, shimmering, sexy evening pieces we couldn’t help adding to the mix, but other than that you should be good to go!)

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our site, there are times when unexpected demand can cause an item to be temporarily out of stock before we have had time to update it’s status on our website. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will promptly notify you via e-mail and inform you as to the expected in stock arrival date. You will then have the option to either cancel your order or proceed with having your item shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If an item on our website is listed as out of stock, we will post the expected in stock arrival date. This means the item can be purchased at any time and we will ship on or by the expected arrival date.

If an item is sold out, don’t despair. If you really have your heart set on a sold out item - you can call or email us. Many times we can find an identical item for you, which may simply feature an alternate gemstone briolette color, or an item similar in style and shape but may feature an alternate charm or different textured gold than the original. We maintain a large number of pieces that are not posted on our website and are always happy to help you find something gorgeous to meet your needs.

SOME QUANTITIES LIMITED 
Some items may have the message “Very limited quantity – we suggest ordering soon to avoid disappointment”. Many of our bronze pieces and particularly the hand made jeweled compacts feature rare and unique, one-of-a-kind vintage components, metal, beads or glass often manufactured in the 1920’s, 30’s or 40’s. When these components are gone- they are gone- there is no way for us to get any more, so we do give you a heads up in cases such as these so that you can prioritize your order more effectively and not lose out on something you really wanted. 

CARE
Gently wash in mild detergent, (We recommend Dr. Bronner's, which is chemical free) rinse well and pat dry with a soft towel.

  • Keep in mind the following can cause damage to fine metals: Salt water, Chlorine from swimming pools, perfume, hair sprays and deodorant sprays.

  • Please allow perfume, hair or deodorant sprays to dry completely BEFORE putting on your jewelry. Remove jewelry before swimming in salt water or chlorinated pools.

  • in certain individuals, perspiration can cause tarnishing and surface damage. For this reason, frequent cleaning (ideally after every wear) is recommended to maintain the beauty of your piece.

SPECIAL COATINGS
If you've found, from prior experience, that you tend to have issues with rapid tarnishing or metals causing dark smudges onto the skin, we offer the following option:

A lightweight permanent sealant coating can be applied to your piece prior to shipping. This coating will form a barrier between the metal and your skin and will greatly help to maintain the finish. Please allow 10 days for special coatings. Custom coated pieces are non-returnable. To request a special coating email: custom@kayhubin.com

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you desire a different length of chain for your necklace other than the standard adjustable size that is offered, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and additional charges may apply. If you wish to proceed with a custom order, please email: custom@KayHubin.com  with the name of the necklace you would like to purchase and the exact chain length that you require. 

Be sure to include your telephone number in case we need to call you to clarify any information. As soon as we receive your request we will review it to make sure we have all of the materials in stock needed to complete your order. Next you will receive an email from us detailing any additional cost for your approval. We must receive approval of additional cost and final confirmation from you before beginning any custom order.

SALES TAX
We are required to charge 5% sales tax for Virginia residents.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
KayHubin.com accepts the following forms of payment: 
Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express
Bank Debit Cards, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Please note: Personal checks will be held until we obtain proof of clearance.

SHIPPING
All orders shipped within the USA will receive free Fed Ex ground delivery. We require a direct signature for all deliveries.  A "direct signature" means you, or someone in your household signs for the package. Indirect signatures are also acceptable. "Indirect signatures" means that you may specify a neighbor or leasing office to sign.  If you choose to waive signature for delivery altogether, simply put "waive signature" in the special notes section of the shopping cart. PLEASE NOTE: Choosing "waive signature" means we cannot be responsible for loss or theft.

Please note that orders placed on a Fri may not arrive until the following Wed. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you wish to receive your order sooner, you may choose an alternate express shipping method from the dropdown box in our shopping cart. All charges for express shipping will be paid by the customer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION / TRACKING
As soon as your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email from us including your tracking number. You can track your package at any time during it’s transit by going to www.Fedex.com  and following these simple instructions: 

  • Choose your location at top left, 
  • Mouse over option “Track” at top of screen, 
  • Click on “Track by Tracking Number” from dropdown box and,
  • Enter your tracking number in the space provided.

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN YOUR BILLING:
If you need to have your purchase delivered to a different shipping address than your billing address, you will be contacted by one of our customer service people to verify the order and the charge. You may also want to add your alternative address to your credit card account by calling your credit card customer service department. This is to protect our customers and our company against fraud.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You must contact our customer service department for information regarding International ordering. Email us at service@kayhubin.com with your name, exact shipping address, and the names of the items you would like to purchase. We will respond to your request within 1 business day with instructions and a total including shipping and insurance. 

Here are some of the issues you can expect with regard to your international order:

We are unable to process orders outside the USA unless we receive certified funds. 

International shipping charges can vary widely based on many different factors including the price of the items you ordered, the destination country, and the weight of the package. We will get back to you with an exact quote after we receive your email.

Keep in mind that your order my be subject to customs clearance in your country, import duties and taxes. We cannot estimate how much these charges could be and how long it will take to clear customs in your country. We have no control over these issues. Please do not ask us to falsify your invoice in an attempt to reduce customs charges, taxes and duty. Customs policies differ all over the world. Please contact the customs office in your area for further information.

Although we do everything to protect your privacy, you should be aware that when shipping across borders your order is subject to opening and inspection by customs officials. Our carrier may also receive and transmit information about your order to customs officials in the normal course of international shipping. 

Even gifts require that we put the cost of the items on / in the package. This is required by customs officials and we can't do anything about it. Please note that International orders can, at times, become delayed in customs beyond 10 business days.

Refused Shipments - If you refuse any shipments from KayHubin.com you will be responsible for all shipping charges to you and to return the package to us, along with all duties, customs charges and taxes. This total amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to deliver to APO / FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email: orders@kayhubin.com or call us at: 1-757-635-4807. If your item has already shipped, please follow the returns procedure listed below under “RETURNS”.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. 
To return an item please follow these simple instructions:

  • Email us at: returns@kayhubin.com or call us at: 1-757-635-4807 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Make sure your item is returned in perfect pristine condition with all original packaging.

  • To protect the product, be sure to pack it in a hard sided shipping box. Do NOT use mailing envelopes, pouches or packets to ship your return item.

  • Print your RMA # clearly on the outside of your shipping box.

  • For your protection, be sure to send your return fully insured, including tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • * The Gold paper safety tag must be attached and un-tampered with for your return to be processed – this indicates the item has not been worn and insures that the next customer who purchases it will be receiving a brand new item. 

* Please note that we cannot accept any items that do not have tags attached.

REPAIRS:

Due to the fragile nature of most jewelry, we are aware that breakage can occur at any time during the life of the item.

If you have an item that you have purchased from us which is in need of repair, please email : repairs@kayhubin.com 

Please include your name, address and phone number in your email, as well as the name and description of the item, how it was damaged, and the needed repairs. You may also attach a digital photo of the damage if you like.

We will then email you with the estimated cost of repair as well as the shipping and insurance charges to send it back to you.

To send your repair to us please follow these simple instructions:

  • Place item to be repaired in tissue paper or bubble wrap, then pack in a hard cardboard shipping box. *Do not use mailing envelopes or pouches to send your item.

  • Prior to beginning any work we will contact you with the final cost of repair, including shipping, for your verification.

  • Most repairs can be completed within 2-4 weeks. Payment must be received before we are able to ship your item.
